Software Engineer – Teamcenter (C/C++)Location: Pune, MaharashtraWork Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)Experience: 2–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with hands-on Teamcenter development experience and strong C/C++ programming expertise to join our engineering team in Pune.The ideal candidate will be responsible for Teamcenter customization, server-side development, enterprise PLM implementations, and system integrations. This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging enterprise applications while contributing to scalable and high-performance PLM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Teamcenter applications using C/C++ and ITK.Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter server-side customizations.Implement enhancements and custom solutions for enterprise PLM environments.Configure and customize Teamcenter modules based on business requirements.Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within Teamcenter environments.Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design activities.Optimize application performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills2–6 years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience.Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.Experience with Teamcenter ITK development and server-side customization.Good understanding of software development principles and best practices.Experience working on enterprise application development projects.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Preferred SkillsActive Workspace (AWC) customization and development.BMIDE configuration and customization.Teamcenter Workflow customization.Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain knowledge.Integration experience with NX, CATIA, SAP, or other enterprise systems.Exposure to Teamcenter administration activities.Educational QualificationB.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for professionals who:Have hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization and development.Possess strong C/C++ programming capabilities.Have worked on enterprise PLM implementation projects.Enjoy solving technical challenges and building scalable solutions.Are eager to grow their expertise in Teamcenter and PLM technologies.Interview ProcessRole Alignment AssessmentTechnical Screening (Teamcenter + C/C++)In-Person Technical Interview at Pune OfficeAdditional InformationCandidates based in Pune or willing to relocate are preferred.Candidates with immediate to short notice periods will be given preference.This is a full-time Work From Office opportunity based in Pune.Join us and contribute to building robust enterprise PLM solutions using Teamcenter and C/C++.
