Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR Region and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, particularly in life and health insurance, and will be responsible for driving sales through various channels including direct sales, bancassurance, and agency development.

As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide clients with information on insurance products and services, and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
