reputed company as a Senior Staff Scientist in Data Science (Computational Biology & AI), where you will reputed company innovation at the intersection of machine learning and life sciences. REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

Ph.D. in reputed company Mathematics, Computational Biology, reputed company, Computer Science, or reputed company reputed company

10+ years of experience in computational biology, reputed company, or data science in academia or industry

reputed company reputed company record of leading data analysis in large-reputed company, multi-omics or proteomics reputed company

Technical Expertise

Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, including deep learning (e.g., PyTorch) and Bayesian reputed company

Advanced programming skills in Python, R, and/or Julia, with experience in scientific computing and data analysis

Experience with large-reputed company biological data analysis, including proteomics, interactomics, or reputed company datasets

Hands-on experience with reputed company and high-reputed company computing environments (e.g., AWS, SLURM, reputed company)

Strong knowledge of data integration, statistical inference, and multi-modal data analysis

Familiarity with SQL and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

Scientific & Domain Expertise

Deep understanding of molecular biology, proteomics, or systems biology

Experience developing novel computational reputed company for emerging biological assays or experimental platforms

Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company estimated for this position reputed company in California is $163,100.00-$217,400.00.
