Accounts Executive

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong hands-on accounting knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in accounting operations, taxation, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, and day-to-day accounting activities. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries, books of accounts, and financial records. Handle sales and purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. Handle GST-related activities, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-2A reconciliation. Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and vendors for payment follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, expenses, and cash transactions. Prepare accounting reports, statements, and Excel-based MIS reports. Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy. Assist with monthly closing, stock reconciliation, and other accounting activities. Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting. Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 . Good command of MS Excel , including formulas, data management, and reporting. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures. Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and payment follow-ups. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
