Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries, complaints, and requests related to banking products, accounts, and services via phone.

2. Actively pitch and cross-sell supplementary financial products, such as credit cards, personal loans, insurance, and account upgrades, to existing customers during interactions.

3. Provide first-contact resolution for customer issues whenever possible and accurately escalate complex banking issues to the appropriate backend teams.

4. Accurately log customer interaction details and update customer information in the bank's CRM database.
