The role involves managing shift activities, monitoring inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. ## Roles and Responsibilities * Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house store operations. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Handle POS billing, cash management, and daily sales transactions. * Monitor team attendance, punctuality, shift schedules, and break timings. * Provide friendly and efficient customer service. * Assist customers with frozen yogurt flavours, toppings, portion sizes, and combinations. * Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues. * Maintain product quality, portion control, and presentation standards. * Ensure proper topping station maintenance, replenishment, and food storage. * Monitor the cleanliness and readiness of frozen yogurt machines and equipment. * Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and waste management practices. * Supervise, guide, and train team members on customer service and store procedures. * Monitor stock levels of ingredients, toppings, cups, packaging, and other supplies. * Assist with inventory checks, stock counting, and waste tracking. * Report stock shortages, equipment issues, and operational concerns to the Store Manager. * Support sales promotions and ensure accurate billing. * Ensure team members follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures. * Monitor team performance and ensure smooth shift handovers. ## Required Skills * Leadership and team management * Customer service and complaint handling * POS billing and cash handling * Inventory management and stock control * Food safety, hygiene, and sanitation * Team training and performance monitoring * Problem-solving and decision-making * Communication and interpersonal skills * Time management and multitasking * Basic computer skills * Attention to detail and organizational skills ## Qualifications * At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, restaurants, cafés, or quick-service restaurants is preferred. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS billing systems. * Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. * Ability to manage a team and handle daily store operations. * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management is an advantage. * Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
