Senior AI & Data Science Manager - BioPharma Analytics | AI/ML | Python

We are looking for a Senior AI & Data Science Manager to lead advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives across life-science and business operations.

The role will work closely with scientific, commercial, technology and operations teams to transform complex datasets into predictive models, decision-support platforms and scalable digital products.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business understanding and experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI, machine learning and advanced analytics projects from concept through production.

Develop predictive and prescriptive models using Python, SQL and modern ML frameworks.

Build data products supporting research, commercial, supply-chain and operational decisions.

Work with large structured and unstructured datasets.

Design data pipelines and collaborate with Data Engineering teams.

Develop forecasting, optimization, classification and recommendation models.

Establish model validation, monitoring and performance measurement processes.

Translate complex analytical results into actionable business recommendations.

Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical business applications.

Mentor data scientists, analysts and machine-learning engineers.

Support deployment of AI models through cloud infrastructure and enterprise platforms.
