About the internship:Manage and maintain company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

Develop a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.

Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and content ideas relevant to the education and technology industry.

Promote TrackMyBatch and other company products/services through social media.

Write captions, post descriptions, and promotional copy.

Assist in creating graphics, short videos, reels, and promotional creatives using tools such as Canva and CapCut.

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.

Track social media performance using insights and analytics.

Prepare basic weekly/monthly reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.

Assist with social media campaigns, product launches, offers, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the design, content, and business development teams.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and marketing strategies.

Suggest new ideas to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, leads, and app/product adoption.
