About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Process management: Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

2. Order fulfilment: Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete delivery of materials to clients.

3. Vendor management & negotiation: Onboard, manage, and negotiate with curated vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and reliable supply.

4. Logistics coordination: Coordinate loading, transportation, and delivery activities to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and on-time operations.

5. Customer support: Deliver prompt and professional customer support by addressing client queries, issues, and escalations effectively.
