Corporate Insurance Sales & Research Intern

We are looking for a Corporate Insurance Sales & Research Intern interested in learning insurance, B2B sales and data research.

The role focuses on identifying companies with 10+ employees that may have requirements for:

Group Health Insurance

Group Term Life Insurance

Group Personal Accident Insurance

Employee Wellness Benefits

Corporate Health Checkups

The opportunity is industry-agnostic and covers startups, SMEs, MSMEs and corporates across India.

What Youll Do

Research and identify potential corporate insurance customers.

Build and maintain a qualified B2B prospect database.

Identify company size, industry and relevant HR/Finance decision-makers.

Understand and qualify potential insurance requirements.

Conduct targeted cold email outreach and follow-ups.

Track responses and maintain lead status.

Hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.

What Were Looking For

You dont need prior insurance experience. We will teach you.

We are looking for someone with:

Strong interest in insurance and B2B sales

Good internet research and data-mining skills

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

Good communication and email-writing skills

Attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take ownership

Students and freshers are welcome.

Internship Terms

Duration: 3 months initially

Location: Remote

Type: Learning-based internship

Compensation: Completely unpaid

This is a genuine learning opportunity focused on corporate insurance, data research, lead qualification and B2B sales outreach.

After successfully completing the initial 3-month performance assessment, candidates who demonstrate strong performance, learning ability and sales contribution may be considered for a paid internship / further engagement with THV.

Paid continuation is performance-based and is not guaranteed.

Company research + lead qualification + one cold email.
