Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and possess the technical skills necessary to support and enhance our Oracle applications. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our EBS environment and delivering high-quality solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Oracle EBS framework, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle EBS modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS, providing timely support to end-users.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing processes.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS technical components.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow and XML Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle database management and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
