Associate CAD Designer - Fresher

About the job:We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our design team and assist in residential, commercial and office interior projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentations.

2. Prepare AutoCAD drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.

3. Develop 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp/3ds Max or similar software.

4. Assist with furniture, lighting, finishes, colour and material selections.

5. Prepare basic BOQs, specifications and material schedules.

6. Coordinate with vendors, contractors and consultants for drawings, samples and quotations.

7. Visit sites for measurements, documentation and execution coordination.

8. Check site work against approved drawings and report discrepancies to the senior designer.

9. Assist with client presentations and design revisions.

10.
