Generate leads and identify potential customers through telephone calls.4. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.5. Share qualified leads with the sales team for further action.6. Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up reports.7. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.8. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.9. Update customer information in Excel sheets or the company's tracking system.10.
