About the internship:We're a SaaS startup looking for a motivated Part-Time Customer Support Associate to assist our customer service department.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer queries through email and live chat

2. Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions

3. Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved

4. Coordinating with internal teams to address complex customer issues

5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support requests
