About the roleWe're a lean, fast-moving startup building consumer mobile apps across matrimonial, health, and dating verticals. We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own and scale our Google Ads channels, drive quality installs and in-app conversions, and squeeze maximum efficiency from every rupee spent.What you'll doPlan, launch, and optimize App campaigns (UAC/AC) across Google Ads to hit install/purchase volume and CPI/CPA targetsOwn budget allocation, bidding strategy (tCPA, tROAS, maximize conversions), and daily performance monitoringDrive down cost-per-install and cost-per-quality-user while scaling spend profitablySet up and optimize conversion tracking, deep events, and value-based biddingRun creative testing at scale — feed the algorithm fresh video, image, and text assets and iterate on winnersAnalyze funnel performance from install → activation → retention → monetization, and feed insights back into targeting and creativeReport on key metrics and make data-backed scaling decisionsMust-have skillsGoogle Ads (App campaigns / UAC), Google Ads EditorMobile app performance marketing (iOS + Android)Conversion tracking & event optimization (Firebase, Google Analytics 4)Bidding strategies: tCPA, tROAS, maximize conversionsStrong analytics — Excel/Sheets, cohort and funnel analysisCreative brief writing and creative-performance testingGood-to-haveASO fundamentalsMMP experience — AppsFlyer, Adjust, or BranchSKAN / iOS 14+ measurementExperience with vernacular / Tier 2+ India audiencesSQL or dashboarding (Looker Studio, etc.)You'll thrive here ifYou're numbers-obsessed and let data drive decisionsYou move fast, test relentlessly, and own outcomes end-to-endYou've scaled app-first campaigns at meaningful budgets
