Finding out their problems. Should be tried to address their problems by him/her. Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her. Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved. Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
