About the internship:As an HR intern at Ecoplug Energy India Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative duties.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.

3. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as team building events and recognition programs.

4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and training programs.

6. Utilize MS-Excel to create and update reports for HR metrics and analysis.

7. Develop your English proficiency skills through regular communication with team members and external stakeholders.
