Key Highlights: Role: Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Outbound Calling Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience) + Uncapped Incentives Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon – Sat) Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through company portals and campaigns. Explain company products/services clearly and handle customer queries professionally. Understand customer needs, pitch the right solutions, and close sales or book appointments. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to ensure conversions. Keep accurate call logs, lead status updates, and reports in the CRM/sheet daily. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream). Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication are welcome; experienced candidates get preference). Languages: Good command over Hindi, Gujarati, or English (basic English required). Skills: Clear speaking voice, persuasion skills, active listening, and a positive sales mindset
