About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build practical experience in employee records, recruitment, and general HR operations . Candidates with previous internship experience involving payroll management and attendance management will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and updating employee attendance records . Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with onboarding and joining formalities. Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination. Prepare basic HR reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets . Requirements Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/PGDM/Graduation in HR or a related field . Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous HR internship experience will be an advantage. Exposure to payroll and attendance management is preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
