We’re looking for a Founding Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of building products at ZenTrades, working closely with the founders, engineering, design, and customers.

This is a high-ownership IC + leadership role where you will be expected to think strategically, get deep into customer problems, and drive execution from 0→1 and 1→10.

What you’ll own

Own product areas end-to-end, from identifying problems to shipping and iterating on solutions

Work closely with US and Canadian customers to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs

Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps

Partner closely with engineering and design to drive execution and maintain a high bar for product quality

Use data, customer feedback, and business context to make product decisions

Identify opportunities to improve existing products and build new products from scratch

Drive product discovery, experimentation, and iteration

Influence cross-functional teams without relying solely on formal authority

Help establish product processes and ways of working as the product organization scales

Take leadership responsibility for the product area while remaining deeply hands-on

What we’re looking for

4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

Experience operating at a senior PM / Product Lead level

Strong combination of hands-on execution and leadership

Proven ability to take products from 0→1 and/or 1→10

Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders

Strong product sense with the ability to balance customer needs, business impact, and engineering constraints

High ownership and ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment

Strong written and verbal communication

Comfortable working in a US shift and being based out of Pune

What makes this role different

This is not a role where you simply manage a backlog.

You will be expected to find the problem, understand it deeply, define the solution, work with engineering to build it, launch it, measure the impact, and iterate.

The ideal person is someone who enjoys being close to both the customer and the product, can zoom out to think strategically, and zoom in to solve execution-level problems when needed.
