Lead Operations Position: Lead Operations Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and organized Lead Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, follow-ups, team coordination, and handling multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily operational activities. Monitor incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up. Assign and coordinate leads with the appropriate sales or team members. Track lead status and maintain accurate records. Follow up with team members to ensure leads are properly handled. Monitor conversions, pending leads, and follow-up activities. Prepare regular reports on leads and operational performance. Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Identify operational issues and escalate them to management when required. Ensure tasks are completed within the given timelines. Maintain proper documentation and records. Support the management team in improving operational processes. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented approach. Previous experience in operations, lead management, sales coordination, or customer handling is an advantage. Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
