We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Jammu. This is a full-time position requiring post-graduate qualifications in MD, DNB, or DPM Psychiatry. The role is primarily outpatient-focused, with no inpatient duties involved.As a Consultant Psychiatrist, your key responsibilities will include:- Conducting Outpatient Consultations: You will evaluate and treat patients with various mental health conditions in an outpatient setting, ensuring ethical practices are maintained throughout.- Developing Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support patient recovery.- Regular Follow-ups: Monitor patient progress during follow-ups to assess the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments.- Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and promote integrated treatment options for patients.Candidates should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with patients.
