ServiceNow Consultant - Remote (m/w/d)

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow

Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules

Experience in Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management

Hands-on experience with Jira for ticketing and issue tracking

Good knowledge of PuTTY for remote server access and troubleshooting

Strong experience with Git Bash and basic Git commands

Understanding of ServiceNow workflows, configurations & integrations

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues

Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices

Experience in production support, incident resolution & root cause analysis

Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations is preferred

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support business requirements
