Founding Growth Marketer (Remote)

MAVA is building an AI product for physical commerce in the US. We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can help us create consumer demand across individual US cities.You will be Employee No. 3 and own marketing end to end. This role isn't for someone who only creates strategies or manages agencies. You will work directly with the founder and execute from day one.What you’ll do:Plan and run city-level consumer and SMB campaigns in the USIdentify, negotiate with, and manage creators and influencersDevelop short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and other channelsRun and optimize Meta advertising campaignsCreate offers, rewards, referral programs and local activationsCoordinate shoots, creatives, landing pages and campaign executionExperiment rapidly and identify repeatable growth channelsMeasure visits, engagement, leads and conversions—not vanity metricsDo the early-stage grunt work required to build marketing from zeroWhat we’re looking for:2+ years of consumer, D2C or growth-marketing experienceHands-on experience running Meta adsExperience working with creators, influencers or UGCStrong understanding of short-form contentAbility to generate ideas and personally execute themStrong written communication and attention to detailEntrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working without a playbookWillingness to work with the intensity and ownership of an early founding teamExperience with US consumers, local campaigns, retail, marketplaces or multi-city launches is an advantage.This role is not primarily about SEO, blogs or corporate brand management. The immediate objective is to attract consumers, drive measurable action and discover what scales.Location: Remote initially; Hyderabad laterCompensation: Fixed pay + performance incentives + ESOPsBuilt by a second-time, proven founder.
