Agency Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of agents in the life and health insurance sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance market and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the life and health insurance sectors.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance products.
• Proven experience in insurance sales and agency management.
