Customer Interaction • Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements. • Explain company products and services and their benefits. • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers. Sales & Business Development • Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. • Negotiate and close sales as per company guidelines. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Customer Support • Handle customer queries and objections professionally. • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions to customers. CRM & Reporting • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. • Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales. • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Target Achievement • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Meet lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition goals.
