IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service desk assistance to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Manage service requests and incidents through ticketing tools, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Assist users with Windows and Office365 applications, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to handle escalated issues and ensure a seamless support experience.
• Maintain documentation of support processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service desk.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL framework best practices in all service desk operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of service desk operations and IT support processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Office365 environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SLA management and team handling is a plus.
