Mechanical Engineer of Food Processing

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and strategies to ensure efficient operation of mechanical systems.Conduct regular inspections to identify the issues and proactively address them before they escalate.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnose mechanical issues through observation and testing techniques.Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and expertise to repair or replace defective parts.Restore machinery and equipment to operational condition in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.Equipment Upgrades and Modifications:Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment upgrades or modifications aimed at improving efficiency, reliability, and safety.Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
