Clothing Brand Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source fabrics and trims.

2. Coordinate with vendors and conduct regular follow-ups.

3. Manage sampling and product development.

4. Handle costing and price negotiations.

5. Coordinate with tailors and sampling and production teams.

6. Track timelines and deliveries.

7. Ensure samples and orders move quickly and are completed on time.

8. Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays.

Other requirements

1. 1–2 years of relevant experience in the apparel/fashion industry.

2. Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and sourcing.

3. Good network and knowledge of fabric, sampling, and production vendors in Noida/Delhi NCR.

4. Experience in sampling, costing, vendor coordination, and production follow-ups.

5. Extremely quick, organized, and proactive.

6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure without losing attention to detail.

7. Strong follow-up skills; you should be someone who doesn’t need to be chased.

8. Good communication and negotiation skills.

9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing fashion brand.
