Job Description: We are looking for a creative and organized Meeting, Convention & Event Planner to coordinate and manage corporate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and events. Fresh graduates with excellent organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Prepare event schedules, budgets, and timelines. Arrange event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, and accommodation when required. Monitor event progress and resolve any issues during execution. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers. Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate Experience: Freshers can apply English: Intermediate English Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
