The Gym Manager will play an important role in managing the overall facility, supervising and motivating staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining member satisfaction, supporting membership and sales growth, coordinating with trainers, handling member concerns, and ensuring that the gym remains organized, clean, safe, and welcoming. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-first attitude, good organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in the fitness industry.
