Research Development Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead key Research and Development projects aligned with business goals, guiding pipelines from research to commercialization. Innovation and Research: Develop research programs to improve existing products and study the potential of new solutions using advanced tech, data, or field trials.Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal scientific teams, regulatory affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance.Team Management: Support leadership in hiring, mentoring, and developing Research and Development personnel. Process Optimization: Monitor testing, trials, and material efficiency while adhering to high data quality standards.
