Sr. Recruitment Specialist

We are hiring an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, with a primary focus on hiring Tech Sales professionals for the IT Networking industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Channel Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Support roles.Source and screen candidates from IT Networking, ISP, Enterprise IT, and Telecom industries.Manage onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.Support HR MIS, performance management, and employee engagement activities.Requirements

48 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.Minimum 23 years of experience hiring for IT Networking or Tech Sales roles.Understanding of Networking OEMs, ISP/WISP ecosystem, Enterprise IT, and Channel Sales.Graduate required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.Salary: Up to 6 LPA
