The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact role bridging the gap between asset-level data and actionable insights. As a Junior Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling proactive alert triaging, improved efficiency reporting, and stronger customer satisfaction across facility management operations.

By supporting the Customer Success team with operational insights and performance tracking, you’ll directly influence Xempla’s ability to scale onboarding, optimize processes, and ensure faster resolution for our customers. This role is not responsible for direct customer communication, client relationship management, or independent client decision-making—those responsibilities sit squarely with the Customer Success team.

This role offers a launchpad into Customer Success and Facility Performance analysis, ideal for someone with curiosity, analytical rigour, and a passion for turning data into actionable operational improvements.

Internship Structure: This is a 6-week paid internship, with the opportunity for a further 6-week continuation based on performance. Successful performance across the internship period may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

What You’ll Do

• Alert Triaging & Reporting: Independently manage customer-level weekly alert triaging and reporting,providing structured inputs to the Customer Success team.

• System Inefficiency Identification: Identify and report system inefficiencies across multiple asset categories.

• Performance Insights Communication: Communicate performance insights and bottlenecks to the Customer Success Lead to support client-facing discussions.

• Customer Success Support: Support the Customer Success team in improving overall alert closure efficiency and operational responsiveness, without direct ownership of client handling.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to translate data into actionable improvements.

Who You Are

• Hold a B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / MBA in Energy Management.

• Focused on asset data analysis and identifying performance gaps for technical corrective actions.

• Comfortable interpreting operational data and reporting insights to internal stakeholders.

• Naturally curious, structured, and proactive, able to manage multiple customer-level tasks and

improve process efficiency.
