Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop aluminum window, door, curtain wall, and faade systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.Coordinate with production, project, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of design requirements.Develop new product designs and enhance existing aluminum systems for improved performance and manufacturability.

Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and customer specifications.Conduct technical feasibility studies and recommend suitable aluminum profiles, hardware, and accessories.

Support prototype development, product testing, and validation activities.Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing, installation, and project execution.Maintain design revisions, engineering documentation, and technical records.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, innovation, and cost optimization.

Required Skills:

B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.4-6 years of experience in aluminum system design, faade, or building products industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.Good understanding of aluminum profiles, hardware, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. .
