Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging and trend-driven content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

2. Plan, manage, and execute the social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand communication.

3. Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, reels, and short-form content independently.

4. Be comfortable appearing on camera and creating self-shot content when required.

5. Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and emerging content opportunities to keep our brand relevant and engaging.

6. Manage day-to-day social media operations, including posting, community engagement, and audience interaction.

7. Collaborate with influencers, students, and internal teams to create impactful campaigns and content initiatives.

8. Analyse content performance and social media metrics to optimise reach, engagement, and growth.

9. Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with college students and strengthen brand awareness.

10. Stay updated with platform algorithms, content best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve content quality and performance.
