What You Will Do

Acquisition & Demand Generation

Design and execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn

Run growth experiments across channels (paid, organic, outbound, partnerships)

Build and optimize lead generation funnels

Identify new acquisition channels and scale them

Growth Analytics

Track and report on key growth metrics

Build dashboards for campaign performance and pipeline impact

Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities

Marketing & Product Collaboration

Work with marketing on content, campaigns, and positioning

Collaborate with product team to improve activation and retention

Optimize user journey from lead → demo → conversion

Tooling you should know well:

Outbound and sequencing: Instantly, Apollo, SendPilot, or comparable platforms

LinkedIn outreach: HeyReach, Expandi, or similar

CRM: HubSpot or Zoho CRM

Contact and company intelligence: ZoomInfo, Apollo, or equivalent

Analytics and enrichment: Gojiberry or similar enrichment and intent tools.

Experience

2–5 years in Growth / Performance Marketing / Demand Gen (preferably SaaS)

Proven track record of running successful growth experiments.

Performance Pay: Commission based on measurable GTM outcomes
