About the job:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.

Explain products/services to customers clearly.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.

Update customer information and call details in CRM/Excel.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
