Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the acquisition, onboarding, activation, and growth of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Wealth Partners across assigned geographies. The role requires strong industry networks, deep knowledge of mutual fund distribution processes, and proven expertise in partner management and channel development.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard MFDs, IFAs, and Wealth Partners.

Build and maintain partner pipelines through referrals, AMC relationships, industry networks, events, and digital outreach.

Present the platforms value proposition, including technology, payouts, research, training, and servicing support.

Manage partner onboarding processes including ARN/EUIN verification, documentation, and activation.

Drive partner engagement through first SIP, client onboarding, and consistent platform usage.

Track acquisition and activation metrics to enhance partner productivity.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Training teams to improve partner experience.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in Partner Acquisition, Channel Sales, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, or Financial Services.

Strong network within the MFD, IFA, Wealth Management, or AMC ecosystem.

In-depth understanding of mutual fund distribution, ARN/EUIN processes, and partner management.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and business development skills .
