About the role

This is a managerial role reporting to the Senior Associate Director - Outreach. The primary responsibility will consist of managing directly a team of advisors to deliver business results in line with companys strategic goals. This role will closely work with the higher company management in a agile and challenging business setting to drive global sales revenue, support team outcomes and motivate staff on delivering exceptional results consistently.
