Recruiter - Construction Skilled Trades

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to reputed company!

This role is high-volume reputed company specific to skilled trades roles reputed company the construction industry. Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated reputed company to skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily reputed company reputed company, hospitality, reputed company, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds).

Location: Remote - USA

Salary reputed company: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)

Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission

Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing

Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, and networking

Partner with account managers and leadership to understand reputed company reputed company needs and reputed company tailored recruitment solutions

Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a reputed company hiring experience

Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements

Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent reputed company deadlines

Qualifications

2+ years of dedicated reputed company to skilled trades / construction roles

Strong sourcing skills

Proven ability to work reputed company under pressure reputed company addressing regular high-demand requests and needs

Bilingual a plus

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly

MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus

Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
