About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own our customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will run experiments, manage performance marketing campaigns, and work closely with the product team to drive growth.

What You Will Do

Own customer acquisition metrics across digital channels (Google, Meta, influencer)

Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates at every funnel stage

Manage and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on CAC and LTV

Collaborate with content and design to create compelling campaign creatives

Analyze user behaviour data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Build and manage referral and loyalty programs

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing

Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta

Strong analytical skills - comfortable with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)

Nice to Have

Experience marketing a consumer app or marketplace .
