Technical Lead in Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong development background and leadership skills to drive technical solutions and manage a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, Node.js, and Server management, along with excellent communication and team leadership abilities.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Development:Lead the development team, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship.Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.Provide hands-on expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.Manage and optimize server infrastructure for smooth deployment and performance.Ensure best coding practices, security, and performance optimization.Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve development processes.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.Team Management & Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a collaborative work culture.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.Encourage innovation, skill development, and knowledge sharing within the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders.Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goalsRequirements:5+ years of experience.Proven ability to lead and manage a development team.Expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.Strong experience in server management (Linux, cloud hosting, deployment).Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and database management.Ability to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.Strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and scalability.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Please note that, we are looking Male candidates for this position, in an around West Bengal only.
