• Handle overall Finance & Accounts functions
• Financial planning, budgeting and cash-flow management
• Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS reports
• Plant finance and manufacturing costing
• Product-wise / SKU-wise costing and cost control
• Monitor raw material, packaging, production and inventory costs
• Working capital, receivables, payables and inventory management
• Budget vs. actual and cost variance analysis
• GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors
• Vendor payment and commercial controls
• Develop and monitor financial SOPs and internal controls
• Support CAPEX, profitability and business decisions
