Site Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of site activities, focusing on waterproofing, painting, building repairs, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Supervise on-site activities, including the management of subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports on progress, materials used, and any changes to the original plans.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site and that they meet the required specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques, particularly in waterproofing, painting, and building repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
