TD Finance is a financial services brand helping customers with Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home & Property Loans through a simple and customer-focused process. Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Personal Loan offers. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan options. Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp. Collect basic customer information and required documents. Coordinate with the loan processing/sales team for further processing. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers. Update lead and call details in the CRM/system. Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets. Maintain professional communication with customers.
