Salary Structure

First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Salary revision based on performance during the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination.

Understand candidate requirements and match profiles with suitable job openings.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.

Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
