Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge generative models to create new content and solve complex problems across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, explore advanced AI techniques, and deliver impactful solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, and implement generative models, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and other deep learning architectures.

Develop algorithms and pipelines for generating high-quality content in areas such as image synthesis, text generation, music composition, or natural language processing.

Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts to collect and preprocess data, train models, and evaluate performance.

Optimize and fine-tune generative models for efficiency, scalability, and robustness in real-world applications.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI research, contribute to academic publications, and participate in knowledge sharing within the team.

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, define project requirements, and deliver solutions that meet user expectations.

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of AI systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. PhD is a plus.

Proven experience in developing generative models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and techniques, particularly in the field of generative modeling.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with software development practices and version control systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to think critically about complex problems.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing environments is a plus.

Prior experience in applying generative AI techniques to practical applications in industries such as gaming, entertainment, design, healthcare, or finance is preferred. .
