Product Lead - Savings Bank Account - FinTech

Leading digital financial services platform is looking for a Product Lead to own the Savings Bank Account portfolio end-to-end. The role will drive product proposition, customer acquisition, activation, balance growth, CASA contribution, engagement and retention. The position will work closely with sales, operations, technology, risk, compliance and marketing teams to deliver portfolio and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Own the Savings Bank Account portfolio across customer segments and manage the product lifecycle.- Drive account acquisition, activation, balance growth, CASA contribution and customer retention.- Develop and enhance customer propositions based on market opportunities and customer needs.- Monitor portfolio KPIs and identify actions to improve growth, balances, engagement and digital adoption.- Lead cross-functional execution of product launches, upgrades and regulatory requirements.- Present portfolio performance and business reviews to senior leadership.Ideal Candidate Profile:- 7 - 14 years of experience in Liabilities Product Management or CASA.- MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute.- Strong understanding of Savings Account products and banking regulations.- Experience in portfolio management, business analytics and KPI ownership.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Willingness to work onsite from Gurugram. .
