Job Title: Telesales Executive – Vendor & Designer Onboarding Company: Zenve Pets Healthcare Private Limited Platforms: Zenve.in & Zenvefashion.com Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for confident, target-driven Telesales Executives to onboard vendors for Zenve.in and fashion designers, fashion houses, and brands for Zenvefashion.com. This role involves outbound calling, explaining partnership opportunities, and converting leads into active partners. Key Responsibilities Contact potential vendors, fashion designers, fashion houses, and brands through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Explain our platforms, partnership benefits, and onboarding process. Understand prospective partners’ products and resolve their onboarding queries. Follow up consistently and convert interested leads into onboarded partners. Coordinate with internal teams to collect documents, product details, and catalogue information. Support partners through registration and catalogue submission to help them become active on the platform. Achieve daily calling goals and weekly and monthly onboarding targets. Maintain accurate lead records and submit daily progress reports. Requirements Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Experience in telesales, outbound sales, business development, or partner onboarding preferred. Comfortable working towards sales and conversion targets. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or the pet industry is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset may also apply. Salary & Incentives Fixed salary based on experience, plus performance-linked incentives for achieving onboarding and sales targets.
